A word about our Master Instructor

Noémie Plante has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years. In 2025, she earned her certification as a Master Instructor with Peak Pilates®.

Her journey is anything but conventional.

A true artist at heart, Noémie dreamed of traveling the world with a circus troupe. In 2014, she enrolled at the École du Cirque de Verdun to pursue that vision.

But life has its surprises. Just after completing her first year of circus training—plot twist—she found out she was pregnant.

This new role as a mother led her to reconsider her professional path.

What a stroke of luck! Her mother, Nathalie Cadotte, had been teaching Pilates for many years and owned her own studio in Laval.

Nathalie encouraged Noémie to pursue her full classical certification with Peak Pilates® and join her team of instructors.

Without knowing much about Pilates, Noémie dove into the Peak Pilates® training in 2015. She went on to complete Levels 2 and 3. As she witnessed the benefits Pilates brought to her clients—and felt them in her own body—she discovered the true power of the method.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a love of movement in all its forms, her 10 years of experience gave her the confidence to pursue Master Instructor certification.

In her view, Peak Pilates® offers a rigorous, high-quality education that not only teaches precise exercise execution, but places a strong emphasis on the pedagogical art of teaching the method.
With great pride and a touch of humility, she begins this new chapter in her professional life.

She feels her journey is only just beginning, and her goal is to keep learning and guiding her students every step of the way.
